I am a former chef trained in French cuisine and the first person is correct to a certain extent, the higher the fat content is highest regular run25% BF-30 is able to double and triple to 35-45% BF 60%.

As the pie crust is edible, is formed during the stages of maturation, and bacterial culture, I like my fruit and have it in pies, sauces and even baked the mass used only, or with dried fruit, fresh fruit or compote.

Try to find everything you to see which you prefer, for me, so double cream good as it gets, the triple cream is a little more to enjoy at least what it is.
