It all depends on how long you had your tongue piercing. If you passed recently, if you do, you risk injury. Since it is closed, you can connect any type of infection caused itself. If your tongue piercing is healed well and that I have for a while, you should not worry so much. It is essentially a tube of scar tissue that heals the only time that you reduce to win.
My final tip: Go to the doctor. You can you know something for the yeast and leave, when we have something in the blood of worries.
