My arrow pointing to certain points in the blurred image. Basically, I wonder what this is, if it is a central place like the bird, the normal and the remainder (in this case, the context and structure) is blurred

If the object is in the forground (or low) and the object as a net-DOF (depth of field). This is not primarily a consequence of photo editing, but an effect of the camera. Cameras cost more than (D) SLR have in this sense that the compact. The reason is the main objective of (D) SLR.
